2. Shipping Refrigerated Products:

  • Refrigerated Transport: Orders are sent via Inter Express and Nim Express in refrigerated trucks.

  • Prompt Refrigeration Needed: Use the tracking info provided to receive and refrigerate your order on the same day as delivery to ensure that the product quality remains the same.

3. Bangkok Same-Day Delivery:

  • Grab Delivery: For our Bangkok customers, we offer same-day delivery for all our products (unless preordered or specified otherwise) via Grab.

  • Dynamic Pricing: Please note that the pricing for Grab delivery is subject to change due to the courier’s market price fluctuations.

4. Tracking Your Order:

  • Stay Updated: We'll send you a tracking number as soon as we receive it from the courier. Please note that this might not be on the same day as the product was shipped, as sometimes we do not receive the tracking number from the courier until the next day.

5. Carrier Reliability:

  • Trusted Partners: We use reputable carriers for handling your orders, although certain delivery aspects are beyond our control once the order is with the carrier.
