The Serial Pickler Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary, and we want to make it straightforward for you. 

  • Unopened Product: If you have an unopened product you wish to return, please do so within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. Please pay for refrigerated transportation on your return as we are unable to accept returns that have been sent unrefrigerated. This does not apply to short distances within central Bangkok, where we accept unrefrigerated Grab deliveries as long as the product was kept refrigerated prior to the return.

  • Refund Details: We offer a 100% refund on items returned unopened and refrigerated within this 7-day period.

  • How to Return: To initiate a return, simply email us with your order information. We'll provide you with the next steps to ensure a hassle-free process.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or it's not what you expected, please contact us immediately. We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue, whether that means replacing the item or processing a refund.

  • Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.

  • Non-returnable items: Products that have not been kept refrigerated are not eligible for return due to change of mind.

  • Other Retailers: If you have purchased our products from another retailer, you must contact them for refunds and exchanges. We are unable to assist with matters concerning our products purchased from other retailers.
