Vinegar-free and sugar-free, our Halloween special flavored sauerkraut is fermented for a week with locally grown garlic and dill. Using sea-salt and a tiny bit of chili flakes to achieve the perfect balance before adding beetroot juice.
This product is not only rich in probiotics, but tastes amazing as well. Low in calories, but high in fiber and antioxidants. Fermented at the optimum temperature for best flavor, color and maximum vitamin content (C, B and K).
Our Vampire Kraut is delicious on its own, hot or cold. The perfect accompaniment to sausages, cutlets and salmon, or on a Reuben sandwich with a twist!
Fermentation creates health-beneficial probiotic bacteria, which is very sensitive to heat. To ensure that all probiotics and nutrients survive in the jar, we do not pasteurize any of our products. They should therefore be kept refrigerated before and after opening.
This product is 100% natural, it can be kept refrigerated for approximately 6 months.
