Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan at medium heat.
- Add pork and fry until browned.
- Add beansprouts, kimchi and chives; cook for a minute.
- Finally add the soy sauce and sake. Stir, and cook until liquid is almost gone.
- Plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if you want, serve with steamed rice.
