Japanese Style Kimchi Fried Pork (Buta Kimchi)
An easy an delicious meal

- 300g Pork very thinly sliced (shabu style)
- Beansprouts (a standard colander full)
- Handful of Chives (cut into 5cm pieces)
- 1 cup of our House Kimchi
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Cooking Sake (mirin)
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan at medium heat. Add pork and fry until browned.
Add beansprouts, kimchi and chives; cook for a minute. Finally add the soy sauce and sake. Stir, and cook until liquid is almost gone.
Plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if you want, serve with steamed rice.
