Japanese Style Kimchi Fried Pork (Buta Kimchi)

Ingredients
  

  • 300g Pork very thinly sliced (shabu style)
  • Beansprouts (a standard colander full)
  • Handful of Chives (cut into 5cm pieces)
  • 1 cup of our House Kimchi
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Cooking Sake (mirin)

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a frying pan at medium heat. Add pork and fry until browned.
  • Add beansprouts, kimchi and chives; cook for a minute. Finally add the soy sauce and sake. Stir, and cook until liquid is almost gone.
  • Plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if you want, serve with steamed rice.
