Grown by us in Chiang Rai, this is an authentic Mexican-style jalapeño pepper with plenty of heat. Pickled in a vinegar-brine and unpasteurized to retain maximum crunch and flavor. The perfect addition to any sandwich, pizza or burger; not to mention Mexican food.
Note that this pickled jalapeño is nothing like the imported pasteurized stuff available unrefrigerated next to the nachos in your local supermarket. Our Sliced Jalapeño Peppers are full of flavor, crunch and heat. This is why some of Thailand’s top restaurants and burger-chains use them!
This product is 100% natural and unpasteurized, it should be kept refrigerated before and after opening.
