Add it to your pina colada, sangria, or to a bowl of vanilla ice-cream. Our pickled pineapple is sweet, tangy, a bit salty, and finished off with some heat. Made with spices like cloves and cinnamon, this is a taste sensation we can’t get enough of.

Originally meant as a Christmas winter-warmer special, it became so popular that we decided to keep it available all-year-round. Unpasteurized to retain all flavors and nutrients.

This product is 100% natural and unpasteurized, it should be kept refrigerated before and after opening.

Can be kept refrigerated for approximately 10 months.

    “Bread & Butter Pickles” got their name during the Great Depression, when they became a staple in American households. They have remained so ever since.

    With many not being able to afford meat or cheese, during the Great Depression people used to put these sweet and tangy cucumber pickles on their sandwiches instead.

    Packed with flavor from ingredients like red peppers, onion, celery seeds, cloves and turmeric; these are some of the most satisfying pickles out there.     Bangkok Giardiniera (mixed vegetable pickle)

    Our Bangkok version of the classic Italian ‘giardiniera’ mixed pickle

    The name more or less means “from the garden”; where whatever vegetables are currently growing in the garden are pickled in a vinegar-brine with bay leaves and black peppercorns. Our take on that Italian classic uses a carefully selected spice blend and house-infused vinegar, with a vegetable medley of cauliflower, carrots, celery, green beans, red peppers, onion and garlic. All locally grown.

    We also decided to make it a little bit spicier, because we live in Bangkok. Pickled in a vinegar-brine on the day of harvest to lock in that fresh vegetable-crunch. Unpasteurized to retain all flavors and nutrients. Perfect on sandwiched, in salads, or chopped-up into the most amazing relish.
