Vinegar-free and sugar-free, using only organic cabbage and local sea-salt. No juniper berries, because we don’t want to disturb the sweet taste and delicate texture of the organic cabbage. This product is not only rich in probiotics, but tastes amazing as well. Low in calories, but high in fiber and antioxidants. Fermented for a week at the optimum temperature for best flavor, color and maximum vitamin content (C, B and K).
Our Organic Sauerkraut is delicious on its own, hot or cold. The perfect accompaniment to sausages and cutlets, or on the side of a rich curry or stew.
Fermentation creates health-beneficial probiotic bacteria, which is very sensitive to heat. To ensure that all probiotics and nutrients survive in the jar, we do not pasteurize any of our products. They should therefore be kept refrigerated before and after opening.
This product is 100% natural, it can be kept refrigerated for approximately 6 months.
