Pickled with Sarson’s malt vinegar and honey, based on a recipe dating back over 100 years
Grown by us in Chiang Rai, our crunchy and flavorful shallots are pickled with Sarson’s malt vinegar and sweetened with a little bit of honey instead of sugar. Dried chili and other spices add an extra dimension. Unpasteurized to retain all flavors and nutrients. Eat them sliced with BBQ meat or cheese, or whole with a pint of beer.
This product is 100% natural and unpasteurized, it should be kept refrigerated before and after opening.
Can be kept refrigerated for approximately a year.
