Vinegar-Based Refrigerator Pickles


There are two ways to pickle, by vinegar or by fermentation. For our range of vinegar-based pickles we use crisp, locally grown vegetables. Pickled in a vinegar-based brine on the day of harvest. To lock in that fresh vegetable-crunch, as well as all the nutrients, we do not pasteurize any of our products. They should therefore be kept refrigerated before and after opening.

    Our Bangkok version of the classic Italian ‘giardiniera’ mixed pickle

    The name more or less means “from the garden”; where whatever vegetables are currently growing in the garden are pickled in a vinegar-brine with bay leaves and black peppercorns. Our take on that Italian classic uses a carefully selected spice blend and house-infused vinegar, with a vegetable medley of cauliflower, carrots, celery, green beans, red peppers, onion and garlic. All locally grown.
