Bacon Pickle Fries

The ultimate pickle recipe using bacon

Today we want to share our all-time favorite recipe with you, bacon pickle fries. This one is the show stopper at any party and we guarantee you that your dish will be empty in no-time. This recipe is best served with ranch dressing.

You might recognize this recipe from our instagram but we thought it is definitely worth mentioning on our blog. This recipe is so easy to make and it will take you maximum 30 minutes. The combination between bacon and pickles is always a good idea, but adding “fries” into the story makes it complete. We wanted to create a finger food recipe which is still a bit healthy, by adding our pickles. We were inspired by all the different fries, such as cheese fries, sweet potato fries and wanted to give our own spin on it.

In this recipe we use our garlic dill pickles which can be purchased via our webshop. A variation tip might be to make these extra spicy using our spicy garlic dill pickles, the ranch dressing will soften the spices a bit. You can also change this recipe by for example using ham or speck, we recommend the amazing cold cuts from El Mercado. They also deliver to your house!
