Popular with trendy sandwich eats like Bartels and Babyccino, this product uses a traditional French pickle recipe, but with locally grown baby cucumbers from Thailand’s only grower. Pickled in a vinegar-brine on the day of harvest to lock in that fresh cucumber-crunch. Unpasteurized to retain all flavors and nutrients. Perfect with cold-cuts, pâtés, sandwiches; or chopped up and mixed with a steak tartare, dressings or salad.
This product is 100% natural and unpasteurized, it should be kept refrigerated before and after opening.
